Pool & Spa heat available for $100/night or $600/week. The system uses propane which is very efficient but also very expensive so we allow this to be optional for our guests. 

NOTE: Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOME - Any remnants of smoking will result in a $250 fine.

Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera to monitor real occupancy and for disturbances & emergency situations only. 

Properties include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
