Over 4100 square feet of freshly furnished Vacation Rental. Enter the home on the ground floor and you'll be greeted by towering ceilings & plenty of natural light! The front of the house features the bar & lounge area with plush seating for 4 next to the large front window. Just a few steps and you'll find the more "formal" dining area with seating for up to 8 next to a black, wood paneled accent wall.

A newly remodeled main kitchen boasts white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and an island with seating plus another "breakfast" table for 4 near the coffee bar.

The main living room features two large high end black leather sofas, accent chairs, a 70" Smart TV and ceiling fan. 

The enormous Primary suite is alone & private on the ground floor and has a King bed, desk/workspace, Smart TV, ceiling fan, patio access, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual sink vanity and a separate jetted soaking tub and tile/glass shower.

The main floor is rounded out by a mini gym with treadmill, exercise bike, yoga mats, weights and TV and a Laundry room with full size washer & dryer.

The second floor of this massive home features five guest suites and a massive entertainment/game room.
